Rates Validity

From 01 August 06 to 31 July 07.

We always make every effort to provide current and accurate information because there are frequently some changes in some facts. Booking of travel arrangements and payment shall be considered proof that you have read our booking terms and conditions.

Reservation/ Booking Arrangements

Reservations for package tours and other tourism related services can be made directly with Myanmar Alpine Excursion Tourism Co., Ltd. It is divisible to summit the following information at least no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Number of people traveling.

• Number of rooms (single & double) and hotel category.

• Services requested (meals, transportation, guide and itinerary).

• Date of arrival and departure including flight number (No).

• And other necessary information.

Payment Procedure

As deposit, in order to confirm your reservation, first payment 20 % of the total tour price must be made by bank transfer to MFTB on acceptance of the quotation. The rest of payment must be settled upon arrival. Myanmar Alpine Excursion Tourism does not accept any payments of credit cards. All payments are quoted in cash (US$).

Bookings that have no deposits paid on them are subject to cancellation without notice.

Cancellation

The cancellation of all reservations should be made in advance. Most hotels and airlines have notice cancellation policy for groups. The cancellation is effective only upon receiving letter, fax or E-mail from you.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Within 21-15 days prior to arrival : 10 %,
Within 14-7 days prior to arrival : 15 %,
Less than 7 days prior to arrival : 20 % on tour price.

Late Bookings

Booking made within 30 days of arrival will be only accepted if 50% of the total tour price is received by Alpine Excursion Tourism at the time of reservation.

What is included in tour price?

Transfers & transportations (Domestic flights, Car, Boat), Accommodation, meals and guide services, zone fees, entrance fees and prices not mentioned.

Note: Other room types, extra nights, forms of transportation and additional sightseeing options are available on application.

Room Bedding Guide

Prices mentioned in the quotations are on double room basis. Requests for particular arrangements must be made at the time of booking, e.g. Twin share—separate beds, extra beds etc.

Responsibility

There are frequently some changes in some facts. So, we always make every effort to provide current and accurate information. The Company shall be responsible to the visitors for supplying the services such as accommodations, transfers, guide services and other tourism related. We don not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, damage, injury, delay, additional expenses or other events which are beyond the control of the company including war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of god, acts of government or any other authorities. In such circumstances, the company will do its best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection. The booking terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the company.

Changes in Price and Itineraries

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that currency fluctuation affects the prices of your booking, we reserve the right to adjust our prices as necessary at any time. The itinerary used is changed due to airline schedule changes, delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the company.

Other Conditions

It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of service provider or government authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of you not complying with them.

Complimentary

In excess of minimum 16 paying persons, a person or a tour leader of your party is free of charge.

Child Policy

Children between 2 and 12 year of age get a 25 % discount on package tours when sharing with 2-adults using existing bed and a 15 % discount on with an extra bed in their parent's room. If requiring their own rooms, children are charged as adults but get a 30% discount on domestic airfares.
